Emotionally, especially towards the end, it was much harder than I could ever have imagined seeing my wife go through such pain - on a number of occasions I had to leave the room so as not to let my wife see just how upset I was. Tessa, however, was a tower of strength throughout the whole time. She was amazing! To other husbands out there thinking that you cannot afford to spend the money on Tessa, let me tell you one thing: You cannot afford not to!

Through all this TJ was my rock - she talked to me through every contraction and rubbed my lower back with just the right pressure to help me deal with each contraction. With out her I would have been absolutely terrified - I would have thought things were going horribly wrong, and would have been convinced that I couldn't go on.
TJ has a God-given gift. I hope to have another baby and Definitely want TJ by my side again.
